The
Palmolive Building’s anchoring presence on Michigan
Avenue as a building of commerce was originally borne
of Holabird & Root’s legendary vision. Now,
Draper and Kramer’s renewal of this historic
landmark is providing a lasting life for the Palmolive
Building as Chicago’s finest residential building.
Chicago-based Draper
and Kramer, Incorporated, one of the oldest real
estate firms in the nation, is the developer and visionary
of this project, putting 110 years of development,
marketing, financing, and management expertise into
the Palmolive Building’s renaissance.
Booth
Hansen Associates, one of the most reputable architectural
firms in the nation, supplied the design vision for
this next phase of the Palmolive Building’s
legendary history.
The
National Electrical Benefit Fund (NEBF) provided
substantial funding for the development of the Palmolive
Building, continuing a very successful 60-year relationship
with Draper and Kramer, Incorporated.
