Gourmet kitchens, with thick granite counters and full-height backsplashes, are thoughtful continuations of gracious living. Varenna cabinetry features Italian design and craftsmanship in a variety of lacquer, wood and glass finishes. Appliances by Wolf, Sub-Zero and Miele are seamlessly integrated, while plumbing fixtures by Dornbracht and Franke articulate the simple luxury of the space.

Many kitchens at the Palmolive Building have been either designed to accommodate casual dining, or are effectively part of a grand entertaining space. In every home, the kitchens are as luxurious as would be expected, and the variety of styles, colors and finishes allow residents to create a space that is contemporary or traditional, colorful or muted.

While the Palmolive Building supplies a gas heating source for cooking (included in assessments), electric appliances are also available, and overhead exhaust hoods are vented directly to the outside of the building.
